Pharmacy puts you on hold, then comes on the line and dials, picks up and puts you on hold again without even acknowledging you were there. This happened twice. Gave up and went to CVS which I should have all along.

Young male pharmacist is really rude and snobby. I went in looking for some over-the-counter medication for nausea and explain to him that I'm getting bad side effects from my medication and it's causing me to have nausea and vomiting since yesterday
His reply to that was then stop taking the medication!!
When I ask why can he suggest for something over the counter he said nothing. He said there was nothing available for nausea or vomiting.
So I went looking for myself and googled it and found the medication on my own.
So I went back and I showed it to him and I said so this here says it's for nausea.
He said it probably won't work and I'm like what's better than nothing...
He had a really crappy attitude and because of him I won't be back

You have great staff at Walgreens on Ming. Ms. Keana is not only an excellent staff but she has the caring nature to her. We looove complaining I can only say good things about this location. Thank you Ms.Kkeana!

There are a few cashiers who are literally good people, and provide great service, one is the woman with the pretty hair and angel pins who works weekdays, and the other is the gentleman who used to be in the military. The store itself is hard to shop at because there is so much shoplifting i've witnessed 3x myself people walking out the door with their arms full. It makes me furious and sets my stomach off for a while after. So I've been avoiding it. They also locked everything in cases and so it's understandable having to wait a few minutes for help, but when every thing is now locked up it's just tedious.

This lady named Keith who was the cashier just threw me the bag and said to me ok you can bagged your stuff and go. Made fun of my disability and I felt awful

Very poor service, the manager isnt cooperative and very stubborn. Store is clean but staff don’t reach on buzzer the aisle even if you wait for 15 min

Love this store. It's clean and the staff is friendly and helpful . The store has a little bit of everything! The pharmacy staff is awesome very informative and helpful, they don't rush you when being serviced although they are busy.

I came to drop off a FedEx box, I did not have a label ready and had a barcode. They normally help me print this at the store. I was told they do not do that and can't help me. They call the manager Britney and she did not even bother to come talk to me to address the issue The cashier said they can take a picture and print it that way but Britney does not want them to do that. They should have helped me as I do not have a printer at home, what kind of customer service is this? Now I have to drive to Stockdale to drop off my box because you can't go above and beyond in helping your customers.
