Cheyenne at the rosedale store off Allen road is awesome!! Highly recommend going to this store she was helpful and I'm very happy with my new phone. The only downside is if you call the store number it routes you to some service center that I believe is in the Philippines and they were awful!!

When in the store to buy the sales people are always very friendly and try to be helpful. However, I bought a new phone and the sales person insisted I had to purchase 3 days of insurance and pay an activation fee even though we have been Verizon customers for 24 years. The sales guy very politely said I could call to get the charge removed in 3 days. I called the number he told me to and they stated they couldn't figure out why I was charged either fee, and they couldn't delete one of the charges yet because it hadn't hit the bill, so I'd have to call back. Then 1 week in we get a notification that I'm over on data even though the sales person assured me I didn't need more. I look through the settings and find where the new phone is using the most data and turn it off. Then my friends and I figure out my android phone is sending and receiving all messages besides other androids. I can send, they receive and they reply but I don't get them till I'm hooked back to wifi and/or data. Back to the store I go. They can't find the settings or figure out the problem and tell me, "sorry we are just sales guys, if you have insurance you can use the Verizon app to get tech assistance" So home I go to call Verizon tech assistance. She was exceptional and so helpful. She also offered that I pay an extra $25 per month for insurance to get tech help. I said no thank you and she asked why, I explained my experience and she stated the sales men should have known how to fix it and been able to help me and apologized for them. Again tech support was amazing, sales people not so much.

Cool guys that work there but overall have been with Verizon for a while and starting not to like Verizon can't get the phone replaced there anymore and when your phone is ready to update they start messing up your phone and try to force you on updating not good

Went in there to start a phone plan. The other guy went to his lunch so I was left waiting for the manager- bearded one with leather jacket- who was helping a nice couple. Waited almost 45mins for him to tell me that if my phone was locked with AT&T, he wasn't going to be able to help me. I then asked follow up questions about pricing for a new phone and new plan. He proceeded to talk to me as if I wasnt going to be able ti afford a new plan. The conversation took about 5 mins. Went to T Mobile and they were able to help me perfectly as well as do the things he said he wasn't going to be able to do. Verizon needs to humble this guy and make him clean the windows or the bathrooms or something. He presents himself as better than others. No one likes him. Give Josh a raise!!
