Great service. I went in to talk about my phone being disconnected. I was heated and was in a really bad mood. I talked to Ximena and she helped me and she went above and beyond. She helped me resolve the problem and I got my service back. When going to the Verizon at the valley plaza ask for Ximena.

I'm new to Verizon, and the Valley Plaza store in Bakersfield, CA, was very kind, helpful, and willing to educate me on my changes. The California Ave. store didn't care to help me at all.

Very well organized, Ernie was very polite and helpful and had me set up everything in under 10 minutes. Strongly recommended if you need cellular solution.
