The employee I worked with offered more problems than solutions. Made me feel like I couldn't do what I needed to and didn't tell me the solution as if it was viable. Seemed distracted and disheartened. The staff seemed very cliquey and unkind.

Carlos was very helpful answered all our questions. The manager Jesus also assisted and helped with our billing issues. Jesus informed us if any issues came up just go back and he’ll fix our concerns. We went back and he kept his word. Will definitely comeback to this location in the future. Thank You!

Upon entry told it would be 20min wait to activate a new phone... over 1hr 15min later, we get service. I don't know if it's because we were not buying something they let others ahead of us.

Very disappointed with this location. The “specialist” Carlos was very nice while we were in store transferring service but then ignored every single call/text. He way over promised and way under delivered! Not to mention the credits promised never hit the account.

Nice looking store! TRYING TO GET ANYTHING DONE IS LIKE BUYING A CAR! The Kioska for paying your bill doesn't always work so you have to wait in line... big no go IMO! You know what you want and where it's at... SIGN IN PLEASE... big no go IMO!My wife has a tech question and she's been in the store waiting for over 10 minutes and all I see are employees acting busy!

I believe her name was Natalie, she made all the difference. This is the best Verizon store in town, most knowledgeable, Verizon is lucky to have her .

Recently I had to switch providers due to moving to a side of town where ATT did not worked. After checking around my best option was Verizon, I have a bit better service, but one of the reasons we went with Verizon was the " FREE NFL ticket" well we've been waiting and waisting time on phone calls and trips to Verizon and they have not been able to help. They said that they would "escalate" my problem and after 5 business days I called and they said that it would take 10 days for me to get an answer. If that is "escalating" a problem I can only imagen when it's just a normal request. Needless to say I do NOT recommend Verizon at all. By the time I finally get this NFL ticket the season will be halfway over.

Went in to this store and the front where you check in was rude , then waited about 20 mins it wasn't even busy. I went in with my Father who is 78 years old because his cell phone which is an older flip phone which he prefers to all the new Smart phones quit working. About 2months ago his wallet was lost or stolen and he is still waiting from the DMV for is license so they couldn't even help him get a new phone because of that really he has been a customer of Verizon for about 25 yrs now nothing to help him because of they need his ID really do they think a 78 yr old man is stealing flip phones and running a scam what a joke time to quit carriers you guys are ridiculous!!!¡!!!!

I just left the verzion store at 3800 California ave. They have very rude sales clerks very unprofessional. I was returning equipment i could not use, i was told that i was not going to be helped, the manager was in a meeting and he wasnt helping me either. The guy at the door had no name badge on and refused to give me his name. After asking him 3 times for his name he told security to make me leave.i was in the store the day before for 1 and half hours just to get equipment returned.. do not go to that store customer service is very very bad.. I will be filing a complaint with the New York office tomorrow.
