Hands down this Verizon store has the absolute best SALESPERSON/EMPLOYEE of all time!!! If anyone is looking for a new phone, tablet, watch, etcGo see FRANCISCO G.!!!!!!! He is absolutely amazing and he treats you great! He takes his time helping you out on what you’re looking for and what you need.This guy is the best…..I went in just needing 2 phones and I left with 3 IPhones, IPad, Iwatch, 3 cases and 3 screen protectors. Thats how great of a salesman he is. I will be a repeat customer as long as Francisco works for Verizon.Again go see FRANCISCO G!!!!

I went in for an upgrade on my iPhone less than an hour before they closed and the guy who helped me was a guy named Pablo. He was such a patient, informative and respectful person. It was my first time upgrading my phone and he explained the whole process to me in enough detail and made sure I understood everything. I would 10/10 recommend this Verizon location to anyone who’s willing to set up an appointment or just a walk in!

Very helpful people. I just needed help transporting my phone number, although it was loosing a customer ( Pilot program through my business mother company) they were very helpful. Out of 4 lines I just wanted to transfer mine only for the company requirements. These folks at this location are very friendly for all your needs. Hats off to all employees here.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!! I went in to port from a different company and I was helped by Esteban. At first I thought he was being so helpful and genuinely a good person. Just to find out he is a liar and was only trying to get his comission. I clearly asked him how much my total was going to be for porting multiple lines and he told me it was going to be a certain amount which I thought wasn’t a bad quote. However, when the bill came in the mail it was double of what he said the total would be. That was the first red flag, should’ve noticed since they didn’t give me a receipt in store. This is a third party Verizon and I recommend you don’t go here unless you want to get SCAMMED.
