I have been living here for the past couple of years with no problems. Office manager, Perla, is always friendly and helpful. When there are any maintenance issues, it gets taken care of right away. In addition to that, it is also a very clean and safe community.

Manger PERLA, is so so so nice and very very helpful, she is very friendly and the workers are helpful and nice , I love living in valley springs, pearla is the best manger ever, Super friendly!
