Every single time i deal with this location or I drop off a package, there is an issue. 9 out of 10 times I go to the downtown post office. Now it will be from now on. They refuse to properly scan packages that my business depends on.

They didn’t update that my package was ready for pickup until closing time, so I drove there to pick up my package since I got the notification that it was ready only to find the doors locked. I am angry! It’s an important package, and why give the option to reschedule a delivery if you’re not going to deliver it?!

My package seems to be lost and they couldn't help me. It clearly says delivered on the app where I purchased it from but it supposedly was delivered in a different city and called "fraud" I order from this app and get packages delivered here all the time and nothing ever gets lost.

When I don’t need help I get unsolicited remarks. When I need assistance I need to pay. USPS is overdue for new ownership. The fact they are backed by the federal government leads to moral hazard. Whether or not they actually give you service is irrelevant to them. They’re counting the days until retirement.One star for customer DISservice. I will definitely be sending a complaint regarding how poorly I have been treated by this office.

mailbox wouldn’t open and when i asked for help they did absolutely nothing now i don’t even know if my package was stolen or jus sitting there still. i’ve asked the mail man for help since they open it everyday and they simply won’t help or deliver it to my home which is 7 steps away from the mailbox. i’ve came into the office asking what they will do about it and all they’ve said was they’ll let a carrier know to hand deliver it. never got it now ive been waiting on hold for an hour. the package are my in- laws

THE WORST USPS EVER!!! THEY HAVE LOST 10 OF MY PACKAGES SINCE BUYING A HOME HERE IN ROSEWOOD DR. ALWAYS STATES ON AMAZON THAT IT’S INSIDE MY MAILBOX/PARCEL BUT NOTHING … SOMETHING NEEDS TO GET FIXED WITHIN MANAGEMENT AND THESE DRIVERS!!!

I have not received any mail since Labor day. I spoke with a neighbor on September 13 2023 that he went into the post office and they told him they our main box was broken and that we need to come pick up our mail. I went in on September 14 2023 I spoke with any older gentlemen that took my address and told me to return the following day to pick up my mail. I went in today September 15 2023 and was handed 3 pieces of mail, one not even mine. My question is... Where's my mail??? Almost 2 weeks worth. Yall have peoples mail, personal information & documents but dont know where the mail is at.

I live in four seasons. We have a new postman named Angel. Ever since he started we haven't received any of the grocery store flyers in this area. A friend asked why we aren't getting them and he told her that they were not being sent out anymore which is lie. I have family and friends that are getting them weekly. makes you wonder what the heck he's doing with them. This problem is in the four seasons community in the city in the hills area. We would appreciate your assistance.
