I have used this post office for about two years. I was always treated with courtesy & given good suggestions for sending packages. I am glad that this one & the other on Dole are conveniently located, otherwise we’d have to go all the way out by Pegasus Dr where there’s always lines.

I have been doing business with the USPS on Miner Street for quite a few years now. I have always been greeted with polite people. Most recently I was helped by an employee named Monica. She was very polite very informative and she helped me send my package in the easiest simplest most economical way and I really really appreciate the help I really appreciate people like that.

I send packages to the UK every month. The girl that works in there is always so sweet and helpful. The only thing that would be nice is if they had media mail for overseas. I spend $5 on a children's book and it cost me almost 30 to mail it

Never got my new GPU. There goes $200 down the drain and they don't do refunds. I was told lost mail goes to their auctions so usps stole from me.

This place is awful. They tell you to hold on the line and then they never answer. Called multiple times and the same thing. BOOOOOO! No stars!

I went there to finalize my out of state post office and the supervisor had no clue how to do it so I had to go to the post office down town. Look on USPS.com it tells you HOW TO DO IT. You should know how, especially if your a supervisor.

Clerk was very rude to everyone, I ended up walking out because of her bad attitude. She was not helpful at all, in stead of helping people that were unsure of what they needed to do, she criticized them. Very sarcastic and unprofessional.

Absolutely emberassing accuracy. My neighbors deliver my mail at least once a month because USPS can't accurately deliver.

So, I dropped my ballot off on the 7th of October and the elections office has never received my ballot.I now have to void my ballot, go down to election office to pick up a new ballot.How does this happen and I wonder how many more this USPS office has lost?
