My appointment was at 2 pm arrived at 1:43 I was called at 2:50 then when the guy saw my application yes a made a mistake I filled it with blue ink not black ink but he said my writing was ugly and that he couldn't understand it I told him my hand shakes alot he said for me to reschedule after I waited so long and then he started helping another girl with all my information there were that lady could see everything so if u disable they can't help u and u pay for them to help u he said to have someone filled my application cause my writing was ugly I left but why are we paying for them to help us if they only want to embarrass us

I recently had an unpleasant experience with a staff member at the counter. The elderly African-American lady was quite rude and did not display appropriate customer service skills. It was clear she needs training on how to speak to customers properly. I recommend that USPS retrain this staff member to improve customer interactions.

Very bad experience at the place where passports are obtained, I went with my 17-year-old boy to get his passport and first of all the worker did not want to take his photo because according to her the hair covered his face when it was not like that, I left to buy some water so that the child could wet his hair and they managed to call my child and since I wasn't there they canceled the appointment. I was waiting there for an hour and a half for nothing and they didn't want to wait a minute for me. That happened yesterday. and that same day I made an appointment for today at the Lamont post office and if they had a thousand stars I would give them those. Our appointment was at 9:15 and we left there at 9:20 and the super friendly workers do know what Custumer is. Very bad service from the Stockdale workers, I will never set foot in that place again ???

This is the third time the past couple weeks my packages have arrived destroyed. I've had it. The three years I've lived here there have been numerous occasions with us getting other people's mail or them getting ours. But this is just a whole other level of negligence. I've made a complaint with Amazon as well. The last box we thought was completely crushed with everything in it and some of it was damaged. Whoever is doing the route between Stein and real Road in 93309 needs to definitely be questioned about the job they're doing because this is ridiculous. If I have any other option I will not ship with usps.

I hope I gave the RIGHT post office, I went to Fedex on Oak yesterday, they didn't give me ANY help, the big hispanic man, didn't even CARE. I went up the street to the post office almost across the street from McDonald's, and the lady at the desk was WONDERFUL, she helped me get my IMPORTANT papers off by helping me look up the correcct address, I asked your name and I forgot it, but YOU had black hair and a BEAUTIFUL smle and was VERY sweet and nice some that CUSTOMER SERVICE workers should posess but all DON'T. THANK YOU again, I had postage stamps on each envelope and you said I didn't need all of those, I HOPE you remember me so you can know I didn't lie about giving you a good review, YOU DESERVE IT.

The hours for the passport office are different than the building listed here on Google! I’ve been 3 times now and they have been closed. It seems they are open 10a-4p during the week, not 9a-5:30p as listed on Google. Also they take lunch from 11:30a-1p. Just be aware so you do not waste time like so many of us who were just standing outside of the office for an hour. So frustrating!

Very rude, I went in there for a "delivered package" that was never delivered to my address and this African American tall big woman the one that does the passports was extremely rude to me when I was simply asking if they could help me with my concern. If you lack customer service skills, then maybe you shouldn't work at a place where there's always going to be people around. I have worked in customer service for quite a few years and I have never been rude to customers specially if I'm at my job.

INCOMPETENT SERVICE!!! Went in 3 times for a re delivery issue. The second time I came in they told me to come back the next day and pick up my package. When I arrived the next day I was informed that they sent it back! The lady was SUPER rude about it and told me they tried to do something for me “out of courtesy” like I should be grateful but they literally didn’t do ANYTHING but lie and inconvenience me.
