I like going to this place because it is very spacious.
Regarding the service, Mr. Juan is very helpful with all clients, he kindly tries to help as much as he can.
The other girls you just have to be nice to, they are also nice and it's like everything and at a certain time you get stressed at work but they are nice anyway or at least they try

The lady at the front counter named Mimi is VERY rude. if you come at the end of the day she will give you all kinds of attitude over it. It wasn't 5pm yet and I came in to get a box to mail a package off and she very rudely said. "we're closing, what are you trying to mail, you have 2 minutes." mind you, someone was in line in front of me whom she took more than 2 minutes to help. One more customer came in behind me and she rudely told her co-worker, (I think his name was Juan) "If you're gonna let them in you need to take over." She was very rude and unprofessional. Juan kindly apologized for the obscenity as I was on my way out. I feel sorry for him having to work with someone so miserable everyday. She definitely needs to be checked. After this incident I mentioned it to a family member and she also stated she has problems with this same lady every time she goes in. Do better USPS. I only gave 2 starts because of the gentleman who knows what customer service is.

I've been using this Post Office for several decades and I've found the staff to be very congenial and helpful in solving any issues. We get different Supervisors and since Covid, we've had several. Many are not very kind and caring understanding. There's also, I believe, a frequent change of people who work in the back with incoming letters, packages and sorting mail for post office boxes. From time to time, there are mistakes made; but, I usually get them resolved quickly with the help of the staff in front. They come up with ideas to implement so a certain mistake will hopefully not happen again.
The handicap parking Is not right in front of the post office for some reason. The two spaces are down the way a bit.To help prevent slips and falls, the dirt and sand in the gutter of the curb needs to be shoveled out by the gardeners. Also the weeds need to be trimmed away from the walk and gotten out of the cracks in the cement. When they are let go and grow large, it's a trip and fall waiting to happen. Please don't forget your disabled clients. We don't want to fall either.

Customer service is bad all workers at window is rude seem like they don’t wanna help no one always attitudes and the lady with the long black hair should not be working there ask for a name she didn’t wanna give it being rude yelling customer service jobs are not for everyone

Easily the worst usps location in Bakersfield. They've lost two of my packages and are extremely unhelpful when you make inquiries. This place is run like the circus I swear.
