Today Thu 02/1/24I Love coming here but today I was not feeling the good vibes. The Mexican woman she was like in her 30-40 that was working in the front She was very rude She raised her voice at me I was not going to let this woman talk to me that way. what was happening unprofessional This is not your house to be talking to customers that way. Just because I ring the bell 1 time ? doesn't give you the right too roll your eyes and giving me an attitude If you don't like working with people you should be working there at all there was people outside of the parking lot training other people.

Wanted to send a letter Certified and The lady told me she was closed but offered to sell me a stamp ??♀️ how rude ..if u could sell me a stamp u could of certified my letter ✉️

Great to send mail knowing it's secure but the lady who works on Kentucky is a major "b". I thought the 1st time she was just having a bad day but nooooo, she's like that all the time.

Good clean environment with handicap parking. Employees are nice. Notifications of packages there via paper in p.o. box.

I hardly ever consider taking the time in making a review, and this is well deserved, to the lady that goes by the name I was provided "pj". One of the worst desk receptionist. I truly believe that if one doesn't have the capacity to simply have a conversation with someone, why apply for the position. Did not let me speak, rudely interrupted, and blatantly lied. This one star review is well deserved not only for this individual, but a few other staff at this establishment as well. Can't wait to stop by and be welcomed next time by the oh so kind staff at this United States Postal Service.

Smaller U.S. Post office located in Old Town Bakersfield. I've ended up here a couple of times recently. First time, there was only one person ahead of me at the counter. Only one person manning the counter so I ended up waiting about 10 minutes before it was my turn. Once it was my turn, I was helped quickly and efficiently. Second time I dropped by, there was still only one person manning the counter. This time, there were about 5 people in line. Suffice it to say, it took quite awhile to be helped.Don't know if they usually have one person on duty. If they do, then I do not recommend stopping here in case you are in a hurry. Post office is not modern, but it is fine overall appearance wise.

My wife dropped off a package here and asked the girl at the counter if she needed to do anything (already had postage). The girl proceeded to take the package and throw it on a pile with a bunch of other packages. If employees treat our things like this in front of us, imagine what they do when we are not looking.

Lady at counter very rude, did not let me speak, kept interrupting me when trying to ask a question , I did not want to be rude so I just said thank you and left .

I don't know why that one guy that is always there, still working there. I think his name is "Tony". He is always in a condescending and arrogant manner. Everytime I go over, to either ship something or ask a question; he always gives me an arrogant answer. He needs to get fired. Tax payers pay for his job, he shouldn't talk to customers the way he does.

They steal packages, and when you try to find out where it is no one wants to help you. Both the manager and the African American lady told me it wasn’t there before they even got any info. I asked them how they knew it wasn’t there and they asked for my info, went to the back and came back and said it wasn’t there. The manager definitely steals packages. I opened a case with them about it and they just closed it without even replying to me once. About both the customer service and missing packages. I even have the case numbers. They still keep my mail and even kept my voting ballot. So I wasn’t able to vote

I buy alot of products online. Bakersfield usps dc held my package for 3 days at the dc when all other dcs have it processed in 1 day. Then shipped it to the wrong location. My purchase is arriving 5 days late.They sent my package to Ridgecrest DC and i tracked previous packages they never gone there.
