I have been waiting over a week for a large freight package to be delivered. I had not left my house for four days because UPS kept assuring me it would be delivered the next day. Last Thursday I spoke to a manager at the facility in Bakersfield and he assured me it would be delivered on Friday. It was not.I called the manager in Bakersfield again this morning. On Thursday he told me he would personally make sure it was delivered on Friday. Friday came and went and no package. When I spoke to him on Thursday he was very pleasant. At that time I verified my address and both phone numbers with him. He said if the driver had any issues he would call me. So when I called this morning I guess I got the other side of his personality, the one that’s not so nice. He said his drivers don’t lie and if they said they tried to deliver it then he believes them. Fine, I’m the liar! When I asked again to verify my address and phone numbers he gave me an address across town and phone number that isn’t mine. And then tried to tell me that’s the only info they have, even though he had the correct information last week! Yes idiot, I have nothing better to do than to have packages sent to bogus addresses and then hassle you when I don’t get them! It’s a little game I play (not!). So once again I have been assured that my package will be delivered tomorrow. We’ll see... I have lost respect for UPS, not only for this incident, but for also outsourcing their customer service to India. I’m pretty sure India has learned new American curse words over the last few days! I won’t charge for the English lessons!

Horrific! Held a pallet of goods for 2 weeks at the nearby distribution center due to a COD shipment that should not have even been COD, and would not even tell me the amount of the check that was required to get my shipment. Found out later the amount, over $1200 for a small 160 lb shipment. DO NOT USE, SCAM ARTISTS! Edit: Even the driver agrees that this is absurd, and even said not to use UPS Freight due to this. Edit #2: UPS Freight has sent an invoice to me for the same amount of the check already given to them, and are disputing payment of the shipment even though their own notes say they have received the check and what check number it is.
