I'm very disappointed with The UPS Store. Despite having a drop-off receipt, my packages show as not in UPS's possession. The store only gave me a useless phone number to call. I've spent hours trying to resolve this with no success. Their lack of accountability and support is unacceptable. I won't be using The UPS Store again.

-They give me my mail opened and tell me there is nothing that can be done about it.
-they lose packages and claim they never received them even though sent out received notifications
- they have given me other clients packages from other locker boxes and I have to return to the store to let them know that they gave me extra packages.
- the manager does not respond when asked to investigate my open mail.

Once upon a time, you could drop off a return for Amazon without any hassle. No boxes, no packages. All you had to do was show them a barcode & they would handle the rest. Now, they require you to package your returns at a kiosk. Not only do you have to package your own returns, but if you don’t do it correctly, they make you turn around & start over with a new package. Sorry, but I don’t work for UPS. If I’m packaging my own items in your store, I should be receiving a paycheck. This is no longer quick & convenient. It’s actually an absolute pain. I’ll head to Kohl’s from now on to return Amazon packages. I hear they still handle Amazon returns in a hassle-free way.

I have always had a positive experience with short wait times and friendly service. Plus they offer so many different services that I can buy USPS stamps and drop mail there securely.

Alyssa at your Panama location in Bakersfield was a breath of fresh air. She was so kind, friendly compassionate , understanding and very very patient. All this was done with the best service and a smile on her face the entire time.Thank you Alyssa for showing so much care for my package, the time you took to wrap my pictures over and over again is very much appreciated.
