This store is ripping off customers trying to claim you must purchase a bag for amazon returns even though amazon says it is not required because it was in the original packaging I brought it in. This location, along with the one on Alan, are done by the same owner. And they both rip customers off. Go to a different UPS store that does not charge your customers for free. Amazon returns.
Chloe Is rude does not have. Customer service is sitting there. Chewing gum, smacking at people and tapping her nails instead of helping customers. And should understand store policies and amazon returns. Train your staff better.

Closed today. No mention on their website.
Didn't even want to come here after the rude service last time, but bit the bullet and drove here... for no reason. Don't even have to be open to make customers angry.

This place is great, they're faster than the post office, really friendly, and they even have a cheap notary service.

The employees have an attitude and not one focused toward solutions. I received a damaged package from ups that had been opened and was missing the return slip and the employee was short and rude with her response. Extremely dismissive and this isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience at this location.

Store is empty! 5 employees and have to make an appointment to do a live scan? I've worked at these businesses before and they don't take but about 5 minutes. Smh lazy and very rude! Never coming here and will definitely let everyone I know that needs these to never come here. This is second time!

Great place to take a package. Called to see if their notary was in. Was told yes, until 2pm. 15 mins after the call we show up well before 2pm and they said they are no longer doing notaries. After spending time in the same line as everyone else. Disappointing.
