Package has been out for delivery since 7/11. It's now 7/19 and still no package. Keep getting emails saying delivery delayed to next day. This has been happening for 5 days now. Difficult getting a human. After finally talking to a supervisor they said they would call us back in 1 hour but it's now been 5 hrs and still no call. Unable to track package. UPS Truck that showed up to our building said they don't have any packages for us.

Ups driver stole our packages and marked it delivered! I’m furious …UPS is taking forever to try and recover my items from driver that says he dropped it our next door neighbor but literally drove past never stopped!!!
