I'm just fed up. Within the past few months, quality of the credit union has gone VERY downhill. 1st the issue of my check not being deposited in my account: told by the help desk there was an issue with the ATM machine but when I went in on Monday, being told there is nothing wrong with the machine but there is some mysterious hold on my check... which in all the years I've been here, has NEVER happened. Then my card was hit by fraud 3 Fridays ago, went in Monday (31st) after it happened to order a new card. Was told 5-7 business days to get a new one, perfect because I'm traveling across the US for 10 days and need my card by the 14th. Was told, oh you'll definitely have it by then. I go in on the 8th to make sure my card was ordered, it was day 6 and still nothing. Yes, I was assured it was ordered. Here I sit on the 12th, leaving in 2 days and will leave Monday morning without a card. The disappointment and annoyance only begins to describe how I'm feeling. I'm trying to figure out how to move money around so I have use of some type of card. Think carefully before banking here.
