I had a fantastic experience with trek from start to finish. Valarie especially was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, competent, responsive, detail-oriented and candid. As can happen with highly customized print projects, there was one tiny detail on my order that wasn't as I had specified, but Valarie caught it and had it fixed before I could even notice it was wrong! Additionally, when I had a question about a prospective print job, Valarie answered my questions in a way that prioritized meeting my needs. I am so grateful for her candor and will definitely go back to Trek for future print jobs. I highly recommend Trek Imaging!

What great quality and service! I used them for my wedding invitations and they were absolutely wonderful. I'm so happy I decided to use a local printer instead of online somewhere. I designed them and sent the file over and told them the sizes, quantity, and finishes. I'll have to find a photo to add. Last minute, I sent a request over for a "wedding map" for my guests and they said they could have it ready in a matter of hours. HOURS!

I am so amazed at what they did for our wedding. I wanted a giant foambaord with a living tree that said "Best Day Ever" for people to take photos in front of. It was amazing and they did it with very little notice. Valarie, the owner is amazing and so easy to work with as well as her staff.

I have been there a few times and every time the office staff has acted annoyed when I have tried to use their services. I am not sure if the staff that I came into contact with likes their job or their lives for that matter. It was the most hassle and demeaning process I have ever been through to get a copy of some blueprints.
