“After calling my roadside assistance and calls to Castro’s tow company and their dispatcher telling me they were coming, I sat and waited. Two hours had past before Castros towing told me they had no drivers available. Their dispatcher is not competent and she was inexperienced to carry the job as a dispatcher. But guess who came to the rescue at 8:15 pm. Ibarra’s towing was 40 minutes north of Boron on highway 395. Vicente came to the rescue and bailed me out of a deep mud. Vicente, came out to get us on a Saturday night after a long shift. I could not have had a better tow service than Ibarra’s towing. I would be calling them next time. Very professional, understanding to the needs of the people and he made sure we were ok after we got on the road. Thank you again Vicente.”

“Paul is a helpful and knowledgeable guy in his field. He helped me with my trucks plenty of times. Whenever my trucks come back to Bakersfield, they go straight to his shop, so they can get ready for the road. When my truck was in an accident, he worked on the truck and fixed it to the T. He even worked with my insurance adjuster on the issue. This place is highly recommended for repairs. If he doesn't have the parts, he tries to get you a good deal from elsewhere. My mind is in peace knowing the right stuff is in the truck. That is very helpful for my business to keep going.”

“I had my 2004 RAM 5.9 Cummins towed there after I replaced my lift pump and not starting. They diagnosed and only found that i needed to charge the batteries and bleed the lines. They could have easily charged me several hours to diagnose but did not take advantage of me. Lyle is a great business owner that really treats customers fair and respectful. Hard to find a good honest place like this anymore. I highly recommend these guys.”

“First rate!! They gave me an ETA of 30 minutes & arrived in 25! Earlier Lewis towing was supposed to pick me up in 45-60 minutes. After 75 minutes, I called Lewis & they had no record of my phone call. Lewis put me on hold for 10 more minutes & than hung up on me. I was at the pharmacy getting meds after a stroke & was very stressed. Use R&P, not Lewis. Thank you R&P.”

I CALLED OTHER companies and there response was “ we don’t have tow truck your way so we can not service you apparently all other tow companies only service you if it’s close to them and some of these companies have a fleet of tow trucks. “Let me just say, I don’t know where the negative reviews have come from. The people here have a heart of gold. My car was stolen, recovered by BPD, and towed here. I, like others, read reviews to see what to expect and was nervous because many people had negative things to say. My experience was very different than many.Christina in the front is super sweet and helpful. In a time when I was very emotional and overwhelmed, she was more than patient. She helped me with advice and with lending a listening ear when I needed to vent. I know that there may be a lot of cars here that are police seizures/impounds so I think it’s important for people to note that she can't really give you advice about those. Based on my experience, I’m sure she would help if she could. I feel blessed that she was nothing like the reviewers try to make her out to be. And you know what? Even both drivers that helped me by taking me to my car were incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. I do not have a bad thing to say about my experience with Barnett’s Towing.”

“Adrian,thank you for your excellent service! I recently have my truck fixed and still has been giving me same issues ;I cannot get it to start. Today so I called AAA and requested for towing to same shop so they can recheck and fix the problem... Lewis Towing came so quick ,like in 20 minute they showed up.Adrian was very professional and polite ,did a quick diagnosis and analysis,and gave me options.He saw that the potts on the battery was filled with gunk so he took time to clean it then tested my batteries.Battery was alreay 4 years old and suspect that was the problem ,He gave me options :i can replace or i can have it towed to shop and get it done ,diagnose and pay more money . Adrian gave me a little inservice on how the car system works-alternator to batteries to starters,etc.I see that Adrian is so dedicated and love his job and his customers!Need to find more people like him! 5 stars for my experience today with Adrian!”
