I like coming here to get product but the service could be so much better. For any questions I had I was answered with about one word and side eyes from a man in glasses who was "helping" me, so that was uncomfortable for me.

I had an unexpected pool sweep problem pop up on a holiday and after finding that my typical spot was closed I decided to finally check out Top Dog. From the initial phone call to eventual check-out the staff was helpful/knowledgeable, they had the parts I needed in stock, and had them installed and rung up within minutes - all on a holiday, too!Fantastic first experience and I will be going back to for all my future pool needs.

Took a picture in of my pool pump and used pool filter they were able to identify filter off picture and luckily fix sell me part to fix leak in pump. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Awesome customer service and prices seem very fair. Pool places sometimes have the reputation of selling you a bunch of junk you don't need, but definitely not here. I always feel like I'm getting good advice and staff is very knowledgeable.
