The worker didn't make the ticket out correctly I pointed the mistake and his words were I will reduce the ticket out but the price would be the same ,customers are always right if you want to keep them coming back ,well the just lost a whole bunch of sales all over $58

Asked them to replace a bearing on my car...they used brute force to pound the bearing in with a hammer( supposed to use a press, the brand new bearing broke and they told me it was normal)...and also put the bearing in backward causing the abs light to go off...essentially ruined a brand new bearing. On top of that they got grease all over the brake disc and my brakes were smoking when I drove later.
