The coat was cleaned but was not covered in the normal Plastic sleeve Because of this is was now covered in lint. I stood in the store trying to pick off the lint (with the employee watching) and was wished a merry Christmas as they walked away. What is the purpose of taking something to the cleaners if it is just coming back dirty in a different way? I shook my head and laughed at the irony.

Ruined a new football jersey. Was told I would be reimbursed and untimately, I was not. Claimed it was a manufacture defect and that there wasn’t anything they could do about it. Was not refunded for the service or the jersey.

Absolutely absurd they require payment in full before ANY services are rendered. I can understand a deposit but not payment in full for a comforter, I've been bringing my comforters in for years to be cleaned and I have never had to pay in advance. Totally unnecessary and completely ridiculous. I wont be returning.

The staff is super friendly and man do they hustle! I dropped off over 10 items and wasn’t expecting to pick up until the next day. The person at the front said they would be done by 4pm because I dropped off before 11am. I got my text my clothes were ready around 1:30pm! Absolutely nuts! Freaky fast! They’re awesome!

Took my uniform to get dry cleaned and all I gotta say is that they got an amazing manager! She gave excellent customer service! I believe her name is Nayely. She was very attentive and helpful, my uniform was ready within 3 hours! 10/10 would come back again! Employees there are friendly as well (:

Very professional and courteous front desk girl. Very efficient and able to follow instructions for the laundry.As well was able to apply the coupon.And also change of address on the label for the bag.It’s always a very easy and convenient to do laundry at Todays cleaners at Rosedale and Allen location at Bakersfield location.Services: Laundry wash & fold
