Absolutely great, love it here.
I came here for the absolutely first time I've ever been in tillys because I heard there was a certain product there that my best friend liked because it was her birthday party as soon as I got there I was filled with very popular and trendy products in this new generation which I absolutely wanted. Thankfully I found the product that I was looking for and I was very happy and joyfull.
The only con I'm gonna say is the stuff there is just pricey I mean it was a $7 bracelet that was made of string but the bracelet was good quality and very cute. Every good thing comes with the price I mean right. Definitely coming back and I'm totally gonna get my mom's bank bankrupt....

The young Ladies at this location are so kind, helpful and friendly! I went in looking for petite size in certain style pants, but store doesn’t carry Petite. Karina suggested I look in the little boys section because they are shorter. Bricey saw me struggling and assisted with finding an identical match to my size 4 in women’s! Rikki and another young lady with glasses assisted me with an online transaction as well. Awesome team!

Customer service here I absolutely horrible, I did a pick up order and they claimed that nothing was in their system. The manager Josh said they couldn’t do anything about it even though I was charged and had a confirmation email/number. He really didn’t seem to care at all that I had been charge, made me call customer service instead of them, which was closed when I called which you think he would have already known. I would have bought the shoes then and there if they had been able to cancel the order or offer any solutions. Do not shop at this Tillys, Josh is one of the worst managers I have ever encountered. Seems to know nothing about the system and nothing about customer service.

I love tillys, it’s my go to store in any mall that I go to, but definitely not this one. I wanted to try on a t-shirt, a single t-shirt. The guy asked for my name (why??), started handing me some ugly shirts over the fitting room door while I was half naked, and asked why I didn’t like the shirts. Leave. Me. Alone. I just want to shop. I was going to buy my original shirt, but I was so frustrated with being stalked and harassed by employees that I just left. So rude, and the purest example of why more and more people turn to online shopping.

Got very quick and friendly service returning a online purchase. The cashier was helpful and very nice, was in and our no issues. Seem like the store was very clean.

Today me and 2 other friends had arrived at Tilly's and wanted to just look around and maybe buy whatever interested us. I had picked up a random shirt that looked nice, but unfortunately it didn't have a price tag. I didn't want to wait in the 15 minute line for a simple question nor did I want to interrupt the cashiers who were helping out another customer. So I decided to ask a worker there. It was a woman and I didn't get her name otherwise I would have included it in this review. I go up to her and ask, "hi I wanted to know the price for this, do you maybe know the price?" She then responds by saying, " No I don't." She didn't even provide a solution or say anything else other than that. Keep in mind, she said if I had any questions to just ask her. Couples minutes passed and we had been just looking at shirts in the men section. She comes up to us and insists on her helping us find something. It's alright to ask and we found that was actually very nice. However, we tell her that we were are just looking around and nothing in particular that we need. She responds by saying, "You know looking around means actually moving around." It wasn't in a nice tone and we thought she was go hung attitude. We found that pretty weird of her. Maybe she thought we were going to shoplift or maybe she was having a bad day. Either way she shouldn't have said it like she did. Other than that the store is pretty solid. It is messy at times, but understandable because it's been busy recently.

Mikayla was such a great help to me and my daughter today, we were shopping for a bikini and my daughter is very thin and sometimes has trouble finding things. She showed us where to look and even brought her some cute items to the fitting room. We ended up with an outfit and a bikini! Super impressed with the customer service we received.

Tillys for the win on Christmas Eve! The store managed to stay clean and organized, and guess what they even stayed friendly!!!!! Whaaaaatttttt???!!!!!!! This was pretty much a 1 stop shop for us! We bought gifts for our family ranging from 5-40 years of age! Jewelry, clothes, novelty gifts and cards, athletic wear, shoes and a members only jacket. We were happy about the god experience we had. Wish we could have had a coupon or something to use, but there weren't any available.
