Assistant manager Ashlyn and Wendy was a great help and went up and beyond to help me with my Amazon returns. I had over 20 package for returns, which was very confusing, but the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They were very kind. Amazon returns with different lables
and boxing make it really hard, but the staff at this UPS location, make it seem very easy. Thank you for all the help.

I have used their services for over a year—faxing, packing, shipping and receiving amazon packages. I received excellent service each time. It’s a convenient location with easy parking.

Beware package dropped off 2 weeks ago it shows never picked up by UPS. This has been happening a lot with these UPS Stores. Staff could care less States go to UPS hub passing the buck when it's their problem. I have a business that I own and FedEx store will be getting a lot more of my business because I've never had one problem there. It's not worth taking the chance of dropping your boxes off here and then disappearing

Needed to get a form notarized and thankfully I was able to find this UPS store. I can't remember the name of the young lady who helped me out, but she did an excellent job. Was friendly and accommodating...and when asked if she knew of any eateries nearby. She suggested a great place that we both (my daughter and I enjoyed).

This was one of the most pleasant customer service experiences I have had in many years. I would not have expected it because if other experiences I’ve had out of state at other ups locations. The assistant manager Wendy was friendly from the time we walked in the door and quick to help us with what we needed. Ashlyn was equally friendly and engaging in very polite and pleasant conversation. They both seemed to love working there and seemed to take pride in great customer service. It’s like they were having a competition to see who could give the best service possible. They deserve and get my most highest recommendation and rating for outstanding customer satisfaction!!
You’d be benefited keeping them around and promoting them to higher responsibility and leadership positions within the company.

Very irresponsible and impolite of them when I call and ask for the manager and they hung up on me. I’ve been there a few times and each time I had issues with my packages and deliveries. I’ve never had any issues with other locations. I did use this location because it is close to my favorite stores and I thought I could add it to my favorites, but NO

Cassidie is the Best top notch person I have ever dealt with at UPS! She listened to my concerns about the fragile nature of the antique model plane I was sending to a cancer stricken relative and explained everything clearly. It arrived today in perfect condition on time as well! She deserves a raise in my opinion because of her I will return!

Been coming to this UPS location since it opened. Frequently there 4-5 times/week. That’s more than 200 times/ year. I have NEVER experienced a rude employee or had a bad experience with any employee. Nor have I observed any other customer have a bad experience. But I have observed disorganized and borderline rude customers, some trying to conduct business while talking on their phone. But never have I experienced anything other than professionalism from the awesome employees. They are the BEST!
