I did the 6 week challenge and it was such a great experience! All of the trainers were amazing and really motivated me to push myself. I lost a total of 25.5 pounds at the end of the challenge. This challenge will teach you moderation and healthy habits. (:

Great group gym! The classes are hard but they make you want to come back for more. The trainers are all amazing. Was able to do a Holiday Challenge and I'm sad it's over. If you are able to do a 6 week challenge I HIGHLY recommend it. You won't regret it.

I was able to to complete the 20lb challenge and I feel great! Although I needed to get used to a new routine and new way of eating, the staff and trainers were always so helpful and supportive. Not only have they taught me how to eat better for my body but also helped me learn how to workout and exercise right while having fun and pushing myself! And even when I was having trouble with losing the weight, i was given so many options that helped me lose that last little bit and helped me reach my goal. I really enjoyed being at the camp transformation center and I’m ready and pumped for my next challenge!

I was ready to make healthier choices in my life and knew I need guidance. I came across The Camp and got in touch with one of their staff to discuss the different programs they offered. I learned about the 6 week challenge and everything that comes with committing to it. When I signed up I weighed 188.8lbs. With following the meal plan provided and attending the classes at most 6 times a week I lost 21.7lbs in the 6 weeks. I went rolled my deposit over into another 6 week challenge and lost 22.8lbs in those 6 weeks. I went from a size 12(almost 14) in jeans to a size 8. I went from size XL to size M/S. In total I lost 44.5lbs by doing two 6 week challenges. The biggest battle you will have is with your mind. Temptations will be there, bad days will be unavoidable but choosing to stay committed to why you want to feel better and be healthier will always have the greatest reward.The workouts were great. They were different each time, which I enjoyed. The atmosphere was good for the most part. Personally, I chose to show up, workout, and leave. I didn't mingle or anything like that.Overall, a great place to begin your fitness journey.

I recently changed my work hours so I had plenty of time to do nothing during the day. I've always wanted to work out so I figured this was the perfect time.I heard about this place from a current member and gained interest and read about it online.Just like everyone else searched for, an add popped up on my Facebook account. The add was in regards to a 6 week challenge.I requested more information and got a call from Brian, who invited me for a tour and to discuss any questions or concerns I may have.During the tour, a class was going on so I got to see how it was setup.I was then invited to text a free class. After the class I was motivated and knew I could complete the workouts.Brian gave me more info on the challenge and I decided to give it a try. The main goals were to hit a certain bumper of classes while losing weight. They also provided a meal plan and gave information on supplements if anyone was looking for them.I completed 32 workouts in my 6 weeks and lost a total of 25 pounds.Although I was used to eating whatever I wanted, the meal plans had a variety of options and kept you going. I am happy with the results so I just started my second 6 weeks challenge. Hoping to lose another 25 pounds.If anyone wants to workout and has doubt, you got to give it a try. Lost of the exercises you will go at your own pace and can adjust however you want. The trainers are there to motivate you and guide you.
