The website needs to be made so it's easy to shop and communicate with. My order was simple ,yet they can't communicate a shipping and or receiving date. The shipping link they sent is not even accurate. Improve the customer service and you might have a better chance at return customers.

I have several lowers and also bought a jig when they were $40.00. Glad you guys exist. Great products which are unique to say the least and are good quality and amazing prices. Would love you guys to start making AR 10 lowers!!!!!! Also, how about dark brown or teal lowers???

I’ve come to these guys for years. They are the real deal. Wonderful family. They always accommodate, if they don’t have what you’re looking for they’ll order it for you then and there. The negative reviews are either trolls, or folks who don’t carry themselves proper. Just because they run a business, does not mean they won’t shut you down if you’re out of line. If you’re looking for an owner with soft hands, you’re looking in the wrong spot. It takes respect to get respect. If there’s one thing I’ve learned growing up it’s that you may not always get what you want, but if you’re an ahole about it, you definitely won’t get what you want. They do events for the community, do little scavenger hunts here and there for free stuff etc. The ones who know, know - and that’s what matters.
