If I could give them a ZERO I would. Very rude and poor customer service. They had my wife's car for 1 week and couldn't diagnose it. Magically after we called and said we were taking the car somewhere else, they said they had diagnosed the car and filed a claim through the extended warranty. They tried to say that they were not condescending or rude to me wife on the phone...I was listening in on the conversation. I would not recommend this place. Go somewhere else, ANYWHERE ELSE IN BAKERSFIELD and save your time and money.

Knowledge and fair. Won't upcharge or fix what's not broken. Had air condioner problems in 2020 they fixed, then 2022 same problem, plus a new issue, was fixed under warranty on what was done prior. Took a little time to get it figured put but the fuses were bad once replaced they made sure that was the fix before sending me on my way with no charge. Really appreciate Bob and his staff, they are my go to for any mechanical problems. Thank you, very appreciative customer.
