Seriously, I have never received such kindness from an employee here, especially while using the drive-up. On 4/9 at 8 am, Jamal in guest services, noticed a part in the set of my order was missing. I appreciate you for immediately taking care of the issue and creating a solution. The bar was set however, you raised it. Its the little things, thank you, Jamal.

Tay is by far the best employee I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. This man was so helpful and extremely polite. Target whatever you're paying this man it is not enough!

Horrible customer service!. Cashier (Samantha) was gossiping with another employee while at checkout cursing and cussing about some other employee while I was with my young daughter. It was almost time to close but I was so shocked how they were talking like I wasn’t there. No greeting or anything and she was so distracted that she charged me 2 times for an item!

The aesthetics, very clean, associates were very happy, welcoming and helpful and that’s what makes the shopping experience worth it! Even the Starbucks was very organized and clean, great energy! I give this location a 10/10 I will always pass up the SW location and go further out of my way for the quality you provide!

Love that any order is ready in 2 hrs for pickup. Lots of employees working to ensure efficiency. Unlike Walmart's scheduled pickup times and long wait times with extremely slow service. I will choose Target pickup every time.

Store used to be immaculate and clean employees given clean carts out as you come in the front door. Now the place is nasty and dirty and employees are rude. When asked a question where product might be, they just pointed it might be over there.

The management here is beyond unprofessional. Similar situations have happened on different visits to this location. They are extremely rude and disrespectful to who I can assume are employees under them. A teenage girl with a red shirt is crying and person called a team lead is reprimanding her in front of everyone. Apparently she will be getting a verbal/written warning along with all her style associates working that shift. If you as a manager have an issue with everyone on your team it might not be them that’s the problem. I do have to say a few of the associates (teenagers) were talking for a minute, but I overheard part of their conversation and it was about a guy who looked suspicious and was acting inappropriate. Not a big deal if they are looking out for their store and customers.Do better management and Target for that matter.

Still lots of bargains to be found. Halloween displays a bit weak so far. Maybe better close to end of September.
