T&L battery to the rescue Needed a battery for my 20 K generator up at cabin. Generator requires a 26G 12 volt. Checked around town nobody had one in stock or said they could get one for me. When I talked to Larry Briscoe he said could get one the next day. When the snow shut down down the grapevine Carlos called me to let me know my battery delivery would be delayed. Friday got a call from George letting me know battery had been delivered, I was down south told them I'd probably pick it up on Monday. We were lucky with traffic coming home so I called them to let I was coming by and that it would be close to 5pm. We pulled up a little after 5, Carlos and George waited for me on a Friday and loaded up my 26G, we took care of paperwork and I was on my way. These guys know their business are friendly and fun to deal with. I highly recommend T&L for all your battery needs....cars, ATVs, motorcycles, motor homes, golf carts, generators anything that requires a battery give them a call first. Al Welte

Great folks working here,loved em every one polite and hospitality I was in outa there with the right battery and guarantee it'll work or they'll replace it up to a certain time frame but .but guaranteed none the less.you can't go wrong doing business with honest good hearted people .

T&L said their best price on my cores were 7$, and Battery Systems offered me 14$. I would go elsewhere if looking for honesty and integrity.

I was looking for information on batteries and charger for a wheelchair that was for a family member. Larry promptly contacted me, was patient, courteous, helpful, and listened. His staff also shares those same qualities mentioned above and when I spoke to them over the phone, they were diligent about answering my questions before I got there. I knew right away by Larry's professionalism that he knows what he's talking about. He did not hesitate or waste any time by saying "I'm going to have to call you back" or "I'll get back to you." He had the right information off the top of his head and took the time to explain things without the run around. In today's time, I realize it is rare for people to have time to answer questions and give the necessary attention we deserve. Larry and his staff didn't make me feel rushed and they did not exhibit the "Take it or leave it" attitude. I appreciate their help and customer service still lives on at T & L Battery Co. Thank you! I was referred by someone who's in the business of batteries and that made me confident to do business with them. 05/11/2018
P.S. I'm not sure exactly why one of the reviewers left 2 stars about 8 months ago. By examining his previous reviews with other businesses, he rarely leaves a comment and it would seem that he is hard to please and tends to be unhappy wherever he goes. If people don't leave feedback, constructive or not, then reviews won't mean as much as they should. Feedback can help businesses and people improve while informing people who care about what reviews are intended for. Rant over
