So happy my wife and I went with Superior. They helped us every step of the way. They took the time to answer all of our questions, kept us updated throughout the repair process, and our car looks brand new! The color match on our black Traverse is PERFECT. Rebecca in the office is so nice. We couldn't be more happy with the results.

I have used another collision repair shop in town and after some bad experiences with them, I came to Yelp to find something better for a recent repair. From start to finish, Superior provided me with an experience that exceeded my expectations and I would use them again (hopefully I don't need to!) Their receptionist was friendly and made me feel at ease about helping me. The owners are thorough and attentive. They never make you feel like you are burdening them with questions. The left my car looking better than it did before it was damaged! The repairs took about as long as expected, and although there was a minor hiccup, they quickly took care of it. Im am happy that this shop is around!

Alex and his team at Superior Collision Repair did an excellent job painting my car. After calling a few shops in town, Alex had his competitors beat with his price and availability. Superior Collision is a hidden gem, glad I found them. They are a pleasure to work with and do quality work.

Great body shop! I was running around last minute when my front bumper got dislodged. I needed something fast! I ran around at a couple shops and they were either too busy just to give me a quote or they were having technical difficulties. I drove right up to Superior Collision and got a quote in about 10 minutes. They were quick and prices were reasonable. Once I brought my car in for repair, they found that they were able to repair it without needing the new parts they ordered for me and only charged me for the labor. Super honest and I appreciate that so much. I will definitely be back if I ever need any future repairs and will be recommending them to anyone who asks for a body shop

Fender bender repair. Paid cash instead of filing a claim so insurance wouldn't increase. Everyone I came into contact with was nice. I didn't pick up the car as it didn't belong to me. But she said it looked brand new and was very happy with the work done. My only negative was the price

our truck was struck on the back rear fender in a parking lot! after calling our insurance company we selected Superior Collision. we were able to get it in within a week. it took about 5 days to fix, repair and completely detail our truck! They truly did a superior job! our Toyota truck looks just as good as new! These people are a family owned operation who works professionally and quickly! 100% happy with them!

I got into an accident while on a work trip and I was in a bind to get my car to the right auto shop. After doing research, I came across Superior Collision Repair and it was the best choice I made in getting my car fixed. I am not from the Bakersfield area but their office administrator Mayra made the experience as pleasant as possible and they really took care of me and my car and made sure that my car got fixed and was running like new. They are a great body shop to take your car to if you need work done and charge reasonable rates. I would recommend them to everyone.

Alex takes the time to make sure your questions are answered, and that your vehicle is in good hands. Much happier taking my car to him, rather than a big chain shop that treats vehicles like a McDonald's burger being rushed out!
