The woman who cut my son’s hair was super nice and I really liked her, but the haircut is not good. You can see the lines and how uneven it is. Won’t be going back.

Not impressed with the “unlimited” subscription. It is run not my Supercuts corporate, but by Moxie Management, a franchisee of 73 Supercuts locations in California. There is no customer service provided by Moxie Management they do not respond to emails or answer the phone. They seem to have sold way more memberships than they can cut, so expect to wait hours on the days you actually have time to get a haircut. Employees seem to hate it too because no one tips. The terms and conditions state if you cancel your membership they cut you off immediately, even if you were just charged the previous day. Even Netflix, Hulu, the gym etc wouldn’t try such a scummy business tactic. I’m done with Supercuts, so you’ve lost my family as a customer for good. I recommend others look elsewhere.
