Every time I go in here I end up finding way more than I went in for. And when I ask a million questions every staff member has been so helpful and informative. Only drawback is I wish it was closer to home! Oh and I love their rewards system for just buying what I normally would’ve! And nights are my fav time to go because the employees are hilarious. Cory is my absolute fav and he’s so knowledgeable about literally everything they have in store.

Used to be my favorite smoke shop in town but I guess they’re randomly rude to customers now? Just went in for the first time in about a year, there was an older guy and an older blonde woman working. Asked them first for something I used to buy there constantly, they didn’t have it. Okay, whatever. Then asked them if they had unfiltered Lucky Strikes because they had the filtered ones and the older woman’s immediate response was “God you’re picky aren’t you?”. Jesus lol, guess I’ll go spend my money at stores that actually want it.

Of all the stores in Bakersfield. This one has always treated me with the most respect. The owner is often there and knows exactly what I'm looking for and where to find it. And the employees are always helpful. Hard to find a good customer service these days but they pull it off. And unlike most other stores they always open on time.

I love it here it’s nice and clean a lot to pick from. I also love it that it closed to where I work. I bought my vape here and they have all sorts of brand and flavors to choose from. My favorite is white gummies, frozen strawberries from Geek Bar Pulse. Thank you ?

The owner as well as the employees are really nice and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of cigars at reasonable prices.

They suck I went for the first time a few days ago and so I got a battery for a vape pen, The battery didn't even work wasn't even charging and I paid a good price for it. So I had returned it the next day the guy didn't want to refund me but he did so I had purchased another pen I paid a little bit more.. Before I left the store I tried to pen it didn't even work so I had the employee help me he couldn't even figure it out. So i paid $40 for a pen that dont work. And prices are to high there. I dont recommend..

I really love this store, with all their awesome merchandise, fair prices & how their store points add very quickly with every purchase that help give ya great deals, plus their is this very cute blond lady that works there, with just the best attitude & beauty that makes the visit there that much more better
