Pretty sure I got scammed. Got charged $35 for a basic disposable vape. Where at every other place I've gone it's been around 20. Don't recommend this place at all!

Bought a couple cans of smokeless tobacco without looking at the expiration date. Might as well have dug some dirt out the field next door, a year old and dry as can be. I get there's a law of no returns/exchanges but that's just bad business selling a bad product. Would give ZERO stars if there was that option. Needless to say I won't be back.

This place is right by my house and they have the cheapest prices for cigarettes of anywhere around here plus they also have a ton of really unique stuff that you won't find anywhere else in town I can promise you that . Some of their.prices for the more high end stuff they carry can get a little on the higher side but It's just so convienant and they stay open pretty late and I really liked seeing Michelle she always made sure to throughly check inventory of basically the entire store whenever i was in need of something particular she will be missed by many people !! Its always been a very tight knight shop only having maybe 3 employees total thats including the owner who usually opens the store in the am but with michelle gone now there is only the owner and the mid to late 20s or early 30s punk rock type style guy with the longer beard tattoss and large plug earrings (which might i add that he doesn't wear while at work) who is also very very nice helpful and always makes sure that i leave a happy customer ! It's privately owned and that's deffinitly the feel of the enviorment it's a very mom and pop style shop hence the higher prices on certain things . All in all I recomend it.

Have been going to this place since it opened. Today I bought a geek vape mod. And it is non functional. Have been to the store three times for help. It still does not work. Was not offered a refund or exchange. I am out a lot of money and have spent to much money at this location go be treated this way. I will not return and do not recommend anyone support this business.

I was visiting my sister and my little nieces for the weekend. Something went wrong with my vape so I looked up the closest shop and this is where I ended up. I'm not one who usually leaves reviews, normally I leave that to my fiance. That said, I had an awesome experience as the person that helped me Miss Michelle was so kind and super knowledgeable. As I scanned all the products, I noticed they had a wide range of variety and their prices were definitely some of the best I have seen on the market. I would highly recommend this smoke / vape shop to anyone. If you're fortunate enough to have Michelle help you, I believe you will also be inclined to write a positive review. Thank you Smoker's Alley and thank you Michelle for a great experience.

Yesterday when the power was out I went in and purchased a mod. I asked the girl at the batteries I already had would fit she guaranteed me they would. after getting home last night I realized that they did not fit when I brought it back today they told me they cannot take it back or exchange it there was nothing they could do, they told me to buy batteries for it! I told him I I said OK how much more is this going to cost me and he says I don't have any right now you'll have to come back later or go somewhere else and get them.
