Terrible establishment, I would go there all the time because they offer more vapes than my usual store . Today I was already running behind schedule but stopped for a vape since I needed a new one and once I got my fume it was alright .. I start leaving the parking lot and it started blinking like if it was dead , and it became very hot , my bf goes to return it for me since I have to go to work and asked for money back or a new vape since there's didn't work , the guy in the hat working said it's my fault and there's no returns which is BULL. They have returned for me before so I don't understand why not now .. he must of been new . I will not spend my money there anymore & don't recommended anyone else too , obviously their product is fake & their customer service is trash.

This place is a joke. I walked in and told the guy behind the counter what kind of vape I had, and he handed me the coils for it. It ended up being the wrong size. I went back and proceeded to tell the man behind the counter what happened. He looked like he was going to replace it then told me I needed a receipt. Who gets a receipt when buying coils!? No one, and he knew that. They don’t care about their customers here. Take your money elsewhere.

Avoid this store, not only is the young kid inside rude but they'll sale you over 6 month old expired juice and say, " Juice is good for 2 years after expiration." If you want quality customer service and quality product you're better off going to their location on Ming by Foodmax. I'm on my lunch, now onto Smokeshop number 3 trying to get my product.

Worst lazy mistake ever. These guys must sell knockoffs and when they don't work, they ask you if you tried it in store and refuse to return or exchange. They just point to a hand written sign taped haphazardly to the glass. Then you get Tony's face behind the glass offering you items at a discount, but no exchange. Tony the manager even asked, Did you charge it and see if it works? Which apparently I was also supposed to do in the store. Just went here because it was a bit closer than my normal shop... which is Smoke Scene on Ming... the guys there are amazingly friendly and they have a really useful rewards program. I'll drive the extra little bit next time. Didn't get my item and ended up $30 in total for a $15 item since I bought it again elsewhere.

Friendly manager. Super respectful. Many kratom and CBD products. They have CBD cigarettes. The prices are decent. I bought like $65 in products from them today. I will return. The store is clean. I bought a CBD joint and 40 kratom pills. The kratom pills were only $15 for 40. They also offer bottles of kratom with loads of them. They have product sponsored by Joe Rogan.

Went in to get some hookah, purchased it, and when I got into the car i noticed it was ripped open on the side. Went back inside, asked them if I can get another one because this one was ripped, they argued with me saying it wasn't like that. Like there is a reason to lie about a pack of hookah. They are also really rude. So Check your products before you purchase anything.
