Since moving to this side of town I have spent $100’s of dollars in vapes alone. I’ve also purchased a couple glass pieces as well. The customer service was great so I kept coming back. I then decided to spend $199.99 on a Grav Bong as a gift for my wife only to have it pressure crack from the inside the first time a lighter touched the bowl piece. I let the owners awesome staff know about it and was told to bring it in to be refunded or at a minimum exchanged. Both employees sided with and agreed with me on it needing to be made right as this was no fault of mine, the products are faulty. I was then told I needed to wait for the owner who did not make his appointment with me today. Instead, over the phone, he asked me to leave the damaged $200 piece there and to give TWO WEEKS for it to be replaced. His shelves are FULL of similarly priced products lol. Obviously I didn’t do it and he is going to continue to sell RECALLED Grav Bongs with no refunds for his faulty product. I’ll take my money to the 100 other shops in town who value their customers.

It is last time today that I visited the this store. I’ve been ripped off for an item that costs 4 dollars for a flavor of hookah, end up paying fourteen dollars. Tried going back to the store when I saw my receipt & I was refused for refund. As far as customer service is concerned, Purely Racist, tell your employee to show some respect or he’ll be in trouble one day or this store is running out of business soon anyways with that kinda customer service .This incident happened around Nine in the night. You don’t deserve even a single star for that service & behavior.

I highly recommend to not visit this store!They will rob you without you knowing and later if someone tries to confront them, they threaten you back. They will charge you 3x or 4x times extra than the actual cost of the product. My husband wanted a refund on the product because he was charged $16 for a thing which was $4 and when he went for a refund he was pushed out and threatened by the guy who handles the store. This is not how you run a business! Save your money, do not visit this store!Update: people who are saying the bad reviews are fake then let me tell you that if u can’t tolerate hate then learn to behave with your customers. We are not here to shut down anyones business nor do we have this much time but there are some ethic’s of business where you lack and should improve.

I never put bad reviews on any store but this store is the worst store you would wana go and buy stuff. I literally sent my brother to buy Hookah Flavor. He basically ripped him off. 50G tobacco which is typically sold for $3.99 in the market he aold it for 4 times more. When i got to know I immediately called him and asked for a refund so he said no refunds and hungup on me.I went to store to ask for a refund or receipt. The guy didn't even let me finish and started threatening me using really harsh words.I wanted to ask for the boss further but situation escalated quickly and he started acting violant like pushing the pedestal fan and walking up on me and telling me get out and acting like he is gonna hit me so i walked out and he started using 100% profanity to his extent and making fun of my accent. He called his boss and told him that he was gonna beat me up and will bear the consequences himself etc.911 was also called.Will be taking this to Civil court. Will update here soon.

The worst place I've ever been. This guy who is at the store is such a shitty person who doesn't know how to deal with the customers and is looting them with charging them 3 times extra for a single thing. Whenever they see new people coming all they do it charge them double or triple the price without them noticing. And when we tried to confront this guy that he charged us extra and we need a refund, he tried to threaten my husband and when my husband tried to convey where he's wrong at then he pushed him outside the door. If this is how they want to run their business by looting customers then karma will hit you b***** Guy's save your money and don not visit this store.
