Just one caveat. I had a winery send two boxes of wine to this ups store as I wasn’t going to be home to sign for package.
Apparently the store charges $10/box to have items shipped to them for pick up. This was definitely a surprise. I ended up paying $20 to get my two boxes.
I did a quick research and it appears ups stores generally charge a few dollars (saw various posting ranging anywhere from a couple to 5 dollars) when boxes are shipped to them directly. But I still thought 10 per box was excessive.
My advice, don’t have anything shipped directly to this ups store.”

“on 4/15 both of the employees that helped me had great customer service very polite and friendly when I first arrived she was alone but still was happy and willing to help me I had just got turn away from another ups because she was alone so I was happy she was able to help she started my process then her coworker came and he finished it up this store was 20 min away from me compared to the previous one that was only 4 min away definitely worth the drive to get great costumer service”
