Paint can make or break your house when painting the interior. While there are many stores that sell paint, we'd gladly choose Sherwin Williams over all others. I was thoroughly impressed with manager Brent's level of exerptise and patience. His willingness to listen and share ideas surpassed the level of customer service that customers hope for. I'd been erroneously advised about two white colors that would not pair well and there we were slapping sample colors up on the walls at home and being horrified. The white we'd been advised to sample, looked much like a green towel that had accidentally been bleached. I frantically called the store and Brent empathetic ally and deftly redirected us back to warmer whites. Not once did he malign the other salesperson at a sister store who had provided me with non-coordinating colors and who hadn't discussed light reflectivity numbers. Thank you Brent.

Just like to thank Brett the store manager. He went above and beyond With his help choosing the correct solid stain and colours for my house. And for him putting up with my indecisiveness. When I walked into the store I was lossed On what to buy and use. In today's times people are not that kind anymore they act like they can't be bothered, But not him. So thank you for all your help greatly appreciated sherwin-Williams is lucky to have you as a manager.
