I'm not normally a make-up person, I just don't really know what to do with it, but my sister asked if we could shop here and I agreed. I was having a good time and we even found products that I wanted to buy! It was going fairly well until we went to check out. There was a woman insisting almost aggressively that a man give her an email to sign him up for something and even telling him that he was going to "ruin [her] streak." He was very adamant that he didn't want to give her an email address and she pushed for several minutes to the point where my sister and I simply put our items back and walked out. Very disappointing experience. We didn't happen to catch her name, but she was working around 7 PM on Friday, May 5th and had brown, curly hair with her glasses around her neck. Needless to say, this kind of ruined any interest I had in Sephora but I'll hopefully have a better experience elsewhere. That poor guy is probably pretty uncomfortable too.

I have been to and purchased many things at Kohl's. However, recently I needed help finding some work clothing and could not find anything that would fit. The manager, spent nearly an hour with me helping me find what I needed. His actions showed he actually cared for his customers and I was not just a paycheck. Also, about a week ago I purchased a couple of end tables at Kohl's. These had to be assembled by the purchaser. Not only do they look good, but with very limited help, my Momma, who has dementia was able to assemble them and she was so pleased with herself. I will recommend Kohl's to everyone. Not only is their merchandise good, but so is their service.

Horrible service the cashier's customer service really sucks . They need to be properly trained . Always having issues when paying for items .
