Let me just say.... Amazing! We are traveling through to Seattle and our truck ended up in the ford dealership repair for front end issues. Found out at 4:45pm we needed brakes and Ford did not have them in stock, and Fast Auto closes at 5pm. The owner of Fast Auto stayed after 5pm to replace our brakes! That is first class service!! Thank you so much! highly recommend because no chain repair place would do this for you!

Been there a few times. At first treated me really well. Did some good work for me. Then just brushed me off, I'm guessing he has some bigger more important jobs. It's a shame because I'll take my business elsewhere. Knowing how to treat a customer with dignity and respect is huge. He confessed he's biting off more than he can chew if you know what I mean. Lacking coordination and poor leadership structure is stressing him out. Guy is a good mechanic but lost his passion for what he does. He didn't have to be disrespectful, just professionally decline to give me service for lack of time or being over booked. But I guess that's life and my luck ran out with this location. Went back to correct a fix he messed up on, he couldn't give me priority or accommodate me and didn't even try to look into the issue. Looks bad on his part ...

Good honest auto repair shop. Family run. No frills. The work is done for a fair price and in a timely manner. They do the job you ask for and don't try to upsell.

I had a pleasant experience with Fast Auto Services. George, the owner, is super nice! I had a quote from Toyota Dealership worth over $1,000 and ended up paying a lot less PLUS added in extra services that needed to be done. This is now my go to mechanic shop !!

Our car broke down on our way to LA. We towed it here and they were super friendly and professional and got my car fixed by end of day. They were so nice they even stored my car over the weekend while I enjoyed LA in a rental car and took time on Sunday to take it out of the shop so that I could pick up on my way home. amazing service and my car is running great. Thank you so much guys!!

Amazing Service! I'm a super-satisfied customer. We were passing through Bakersfield on our was to drop my sister off at LAX when the "check engine" light came on after gassing up. The engine began to run very roughly and misfiring. We drove to an Enterprise Auto Rental in order to allow my wife and sister to continue on to LAX without me. I Googled "Auto Service" and found Fast Auto Services was right across the street - my lucky day. Yelp reviews were positive, so I had them look at my Honda Odyssey. Leonardo, the mechanic, had me talk to his boss, Jorge, on the phone. Jorge said he'd be there in 15 minutes but would get Leonardo started on diagnostics. By the time Jorge arrived, the error codes were cleared and the engine was running smoothly. Jorge and Leonardo did some further diagnostics and tests, and then Jorge took me on a test drive and gave me some suggestions for things to have my shop check when I got back home to Santa Cruz. I made it home without any further problems or error codes. I won't say what Jorge charged me; it was not enough for the hour they spent on my car -- On a Friday Afternoon, Just Before Closing. I'll be mailing Jorge a check - he didn't charge enough. Great and Professional Service! Very kind people! I can't offer enough praise for Jorge, Leonardo, and Fast Auto Services! Thank You.

Our family has been going to Fast Auto Service for six years. Jorge and his staff are friendly, professional and fast. On multiple occasions Jorge has saved me when I've had an auto emergency always with fair and reasonable prices. I recommend this local small business.

Recently my uncle was pre- approved for a loan, and had the down payment for a vehicle but was (in my opinion) turned down because of his disability. the sales manager discriminates is judgemental and very unprofessional. everything was fine when he thought he was selling a car to me. then my uncle came over to the table and his whole attitude changed. there was NO REASON he should have been denied. he was approved for 16,000 from a finance company that sent us there. the vehicle my uncle chose was only 13,000 so money couldn't have been the issue. the manager said that ultimately he has the final decision and he thinks that maybe he should go look for a vehicle some place else. upon leaving my uncle asked me if he did something wrong because that man was so rude to him. the salesman was great, it's the sales manager that was the problem. i wouldn't reccomend that establishment to my worst enemy.
