The value do you car goes out the window, worst resale price, I bought a 2022 Subaru ascent top of the line touring, cost me 48,000 if I want to resell at 30 K miles I lose almost 20 K in value,
The car is nice. Have a few issues, but if you decide to sell it, you will lose big time.

Only one week out from owning my first Subaru and can’t thank Brandon enough with helping me buy my first car. I knew walking into certain dealerships they would try to give you the run around as soon as you stepped foot on their lot so I did tons of research and called several Subarus in the area for price matches ect.
Sangera’s was the first in my long list of Subaru dealerships to visit and my last.
Brandon exceeded my expectations and made the process so smooth for me… almost too easy! I appreciate him taking the time to make my first car purchase a little less scary. Thank you!!

Brandon and team @Sangera Subaru went above and beyond what I ever thought a car buying experience could be. Without ever stepping foot on their lot, we negotiated a great deal, had our vehicle delivered(we live on the coast) and signed our paperwork at the kitchen table..10 minutes! 13/08/24.. No?.. I did my oil change there for the second time and second time the it was oil on my door, but this last time was also inside the door on the panel.. I stop there 3 days later. Share all this. manager says promise that he will talk to their employees. Also I asked them if they do check the air filter. They say yes, I asked them to show me the paper and see what it says. Paper says it was good and obviously It was not. because I put a new air filter Myself because The old one was Garbage.. I ask again all 3 people involved all extended by the car. What type of training do you guys do in order to do things right and clean? They just look each other. no answer

If it wasn’t Max, it was Adam and then if it wasn’t Adam, it was the finance guy and I forgot his name and if it wasn’t the finance guy, it was Val and all the other Support people that were out outstanding. This is the first time I’ve ever had a seamless transaction to lease a vehicle. These guys were over the top thank you Damon. Thank you support group. You guys work as a team. I was DREADING going to another car dealership when I came across Sangera Subaru, but they had the car I wanted so I went. The experience I had completely changed my perspective on what purchasing a car could be. Brandon was a huge help and genuinely cared about the customer. At no point did I feel pressured to buy a car. If you're looking into making a purchase, go to Sangera Subaru first. If you're not nearby, believe me - it's worth the drive.

The Sangera group was amazing from the sales process, to F&I and all the way down to delivery of our new Ascent. I have taken delivery of a lot of new vehicles in this town and most have been my sales person quickly handing it off knowing some of the highlighted features. Leo S. knew the vehicle intimately and walked it with us only to hand us off to a delivery specialist that then dug deeper into some of the less know tech features and how to's. It wasn't over...we were even invited back after we used it a bit in case we had more questions or needed to review anything! The first experience with service was similar with high levels of communication and follow through that left us feeling valued and amazing! Way to go Sangera! We are happy we chose to do business with you.

It’s been almost a full year with our Subaru ascent, and it’s been nothing but a smooth ride. My family loves the car and every time we have a problem( minor seat issues) their diagnostic team is always spot on.

Our sales person was great. No pressure, really seemed to care about us. What is really impressive is all the communications after the sale, including spending some time with someone at the dealership showing us all the gizmos (and there are a lot of them)!

Very professional staff. I was just there to see the new car models but ended up purchasing one. The transaction was very smooth from the introduction to the newer models, then guiding me to the vehicle I wanted. Financing suited my budget, I drove the car home that same day! I have been driving it for a month now and enjoying it! The car that I wanted and according to my needs, a subaru outback premium 2024.
