The prices have been going app-and-app in the last 6 months and the clerks in the manager a rude I thought they were supposed to be helping the community but they're not I don't want to give you discounts if you're a senior nothing I'll make me go somewhere else like Goodwell

Organized and clean but extremely overpriced on a lot of items. Good variety but a lot of items are damaged and stained. Shame.

the older short woman that works there, mostly seen her on register and fixing shoes. always has attitude towards customers. yells at the homeless. she should get spoken too. last time i check any type of customer is making her check, she isnt bring anything to the store but loosing customers. also the management an older black hair female ( maybe manager) is a complete joke does nothing to solve the issue. just looks at the cashier and gets mad. as i was walking away they started to laugh. POS people. that store is a joke.

The store is ok, however, I wish the clothes were separated by size, in sections, as in small, medium, large x large, or plus if any, I'm a 70 plus senior and I don't like going through racks and racks of clothes to find my size, all sizes are mixed together, the Goodwill has the same issues, all clothes, and sizes are mixed together, up in Washington State, the G.W. and the Salvation army have their clothes in sections by size, as it should be.

5:10. Door locked. Google maps says open til 6. People shopping inside. I knock on the door. Workers ignore. I call the number. They answer.Me: "the door's locked"She: "we close in ten minutes."Me: "ok well the door's locked"She: "ugh ok one minute."She comes and opens the door.Me: "are you aware Google maps says you're open til 6?"She: "yeah we have to get started closing the registers a half hour before 6."Me: "its 5:12."She: "yeah."Me: "your math is different from my math."She: (snarky) "ok."As I sit here in her lot writing this I am seeing others similarly denied access. Talked with a few of them who drove across town to shop here. Unbelievably bad policy and customer service.p.s. a homeless tweaker had left his dog chained to his bike outside the front door. It snarled at people who were trying to enter. Lovely place!
