was excited to go to this location as i was visiting from out of town hours on the glass say they’re open until 8pm i arrived at 7:45 just planning to browse the store the door was locked and guarded by an employee who wouldn’t let me in despite the fact the store didn’t close for another 15 minutes.

I was there the other day looking for good deals and while I was walking in the cashiers looked disgusted when I walked in I could tell they didn’t want me to be there but I was just trying to get clothes later on while i was looking around they came up to me and told me I had to leave I didn’t know why I was just looking around for good clothing I tried asking them why but they just told me I had to leave and I found that unfair and disrespectful

The store was good with decent clothes but I have a big problem with how I was treated by the employees there. From the moment I walk in the store the employees stare us down as if we were causing problems, but I get that they could see us a immature because we were a group of kids but we just wanted to buy clothes. The problem was getting kicked out by the employees over reasons that don't even make sense. The employees saw me put clothes that I didn't want on the rack and they instantly got hostile with me and told me I needed to leave saying that we were causing a bunch of problems. They accused one of my friends for stealing because he was trying on a shirt but still had it on after leaving the changing room to ask our opinions, they didn't wait to see if he was gonna go back in the changing room either, and he wasn't even close to the exit so it should've been obvious that's stealing was not him intention. I even tried to be reasonable and explain but they didn't give anything I said any thought and even interrupting me as if I wasn't talking. I don't know if the employees were having a bad day or what but they did not have to treat us the way they did.

friends and me went the thrifting and the workers all watched us shop and i tried a shirt on the manger said i was stealing and then said there calling the cops on us. then laughed when we were leaving. do not come if your under 18.

As soon as I walked in I was stared at and they wouldn't leave me and my friends alone, they were trying to kick us out because we were walking around in the women shorts isle, my friend tried on a flannel and they assumed he was stealing while he had his clothes in his hand, two employees teamed up on my friends and I.

As someone who was there early for the sale I can tell u that Anonymous Cockatoo is completely full of it. Nobody is “paying 100 dollars to get in early” that is the stupidest thing I ever heard. It’s a thrift store! Not an high end sample sale!!! Come on!!! The “African American worker that starts with the "K"”….was nice enough to let us in early because she saw us standing in line in the COLD. She is the sweetest person and Salvation Army is lucky to have her! Please Salvation Army don’t listen to bitter greedy RESELLERS like Anonymous Cockatoo who take the fun out of thrifting and are just mad they weren’t able to HOG everything to themselves.

Horrible service. I went there with my mom and she chose out 2 sweaters one was Nike and the other was another brand. She went up to one of the employees and asked how much they were and the lady said they were 6 dollars each. I chose a pair of jeans that looked worn out and so did my sister and some other clothes. When we went to pay the total was 70 dollars. Obviously my mom was confused because the item we got were less than 10 item so I took out my jeans and them my mom asked how much the sweaters the got were and she said 12:99 even thought another lady told her 6 dollars. The when my mom told her someone else told her so she brought the lady and she said she had never told my mom they were 6 even though she did and I saw her. Then my mom was talking to her friend discussing what to take out and the lady had already put the money in the register without even telling us(my mom had already given her the money) which I don't know why she did that when we were CLEARLY still deciding what to do. My mom then told her to take out the sweaters but the lady said there were no returns and were were like WHAT??
