Please require harassment and discrimination training for your team members at this location. Specifically regarding the security guard Anna along with other team members Abigail and Tesli (sp?). On multiple occasions, they have been demeaning towards customers, laughing at them, lying to them and overall giving them a hard time during any interactions.

Abigail, Anna, and Tesly are horrible employees with no morals. It amazes me how they are still working for this company after the continuous disrespect from them. An ugly attitude is the face of the company from them. DISGUSTING. They have zero respect for anybody and should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat others! Something needs to be done.

Anna the security guard, Abigail & Tesly cashiers have disrespected me and my friends on different occasions they need to be fired! They treat you like a criminal not a customer! Rudest thing I’ve been through! I will never shop at Ross again!

Abbigail, Anna, and Tesly (I believe were the names) are absolutely rude and aggressive! If this is who you have as the face of your company, Ross in its entirety should be ashamed! They very clearly hate their jobs and should not be in a customer-facing position.

The "security guard" Anna (if you want to have a laugh and call her that) needs a major attitude adjustment before someone gives one to her. Unprofessional has her face next to in the dictionary. The cashiers and management team are even worse if you can believe it.

Ross must be awesome for a person who is either a little smaller than average or a little larger than average.They never have a good selection of clothes in my average size.But there’s plenty of good “other” merchandise in the store.Except for their automotive merch. Just a bunch of garbage made to look cool and get women to impulse buy for the man/men in their lives.

I know I have reviewed this store before. I am not sure what happened to my review. The store was actually not as cluttered as it usually is. I didn't find anything for my project, but I did find a really cute outfit for my granddaughter. This store always made me angry due to the long lines and lots of closed check stands. They have opened self check out at this location and it made things go quickly. 1-27-24

Was shitty. I pay and one my items did not have a price, but I seen they had more items that where the same. They where 9.99 but they wanted to charge me 15.99 I wouldn't mine paying if it was that price. They said if I wanted that item I had to go get the item, I am sorry I don't work for you guys to go get price check. So they said other you go get it or they will match a price that is not. I work customers service we are short handed many times but I am sorry we are not rude, so it would be like me saying go make your own food because I am short handed. You have people standing around doing nothing literally and you said you have no people to get price check. Now their customer service suck. Made me mad you are not busy and you expect me to do your job. The whole customer service need to be better.
