I've been taking my wedding ring to Rogers for cleaning/rhodium dip every year and I've always had wonderful customer service. The employees at Rogers have always made me feel welcomed. Leaving my ring for a week to get serviced is always hard, but I know it's in good hands at Rogers. I always look forward to picking my ring up all sparkly! ✨ Thank you Rogers Jewelry of Bakersfield!

I have been a Roger's customer for 30 years now. The service has always been great. As soon as you walk in everyone tells you hello. Not only do they clean the jewelry you bought from them but they will clean your other jewelry. We helped my SIL purchase a wedding ring 9 years ago, and a year ago we helped my daughter purchase her husband's wedding band there. Very good quality and great service.

I have followed my jeweler from store to store Tim is an amazing man/friend/jewler 20 years of service. I now have moved across the country and the comfort of being able to call Tim for support and service is amazing. If I could give you 10 stars I would.

Just received the most AMAZING service from Tim. My 90 year old father bought a watch from a big box store and they do not adjust the watch band there. Stopped by here to see if I could get a few of the links removed but left my dad in the car because he is quite frail and I did not want to expose him to the heat, especially if they were unable to help me. Tim came out to the parking lot himself, allowing my dad to remain in the air conditioned car, and sized my dad's watch for him. He then took it inside and adjusted the band himself!! We were so grateful for such personal service. You rock, Tim :)

My husband recently purchased a new diamond for my wedding ring as an anniversary gift. Our local jeweler said there was no way he could accommodate the new diamond in my existing wedding ring. My husband took the ring to Rogers and spoke with Tim. He had the jeweler look at it. He said he could reconstruct the ring to replace the existing halo with the new larger diamond. We felt very confident about what they were going to do. We left it for 7 days. My husband brought it home last week and it is beautiful. It is just as described by the jeweler and fit perfectly. Many thanks to Tim for the wonderful customer service and to the jeweler for his beautiful work.

I went to Rogers with some rings that were very important to me.They listened to my sentimental ramblings and then combined them to creat the perfect piece.The staff was knowledgeable and professional, but made me feel like my ring was their only priority.If you want a personal connection, it’s Rogers
