This is my 2nd time utilizing this facility. There isn’t a better self storage in town. Staff is friendly & helpful. The facility is clean & well maintained. & I love tha phone app entry & exit. I will always use Stor-it Riverlakes as my first choice.

Great customer service! The manager, Kassandra, was very helpful and made the entire rental process a breeze. We have used this facility many times and it has always been maintained well and units are very clean. I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

It was nice know how professional these two women were.
Kassandra Macdonald the Facility Manager made sure to explain the process in detail and her assistant manager Janet Madera followed up and made sure everything was ok before we decided to become storage tenants. Thank you both for your speedy response and helping us make this a smooth transition.

Very well maintained facility, Janet was so helpful and courteous. Had my daughter's with me and she was very attentive to them. Great experience, I would definitely recommend this facility to to anyone looking!!

Such a great experience with Cassandra! Easy process and great unit. I very much love the cylinder lock as opposed to a regular pad lock. I feel like my unit is more secure.
