The pharmacy workers here are terrible well it’s one older gal with her head shaved on the side. Let me begin I don’t even live in Bakersfield just passing through and had to fill a script. Took two hours. They got it right when they opened. Then I had a refil I filled in my area and they messed up on some date my local pharmacy said, so they called this Bakersfield location in this case they refused to fix there error and I had to pay for a refil that was covered by my insurance. Terrible patient pharmacy service if this is your local pharmacy I’d go any place else.

We were in the drive thru yesterday and there was this girl who was very rude to us with a very bad attitude. Just plain bad costumer service. I showed her a discount coupon and she took the information then she said we have to wait for an hour.When I asked her why it would take that long she just turned her back and walked away. A pharmacist came to the drive thru window and he explained to us why it would take some time. He told us to wait for a few minutes and clearly not an hour. We have been loyal customers and to be treated rudely is not acceptable.

One of the pharmacists that's Muslim, old, wears glasses, and I think the name is sansa but she's so RUDE it's pathetic! Poor excuse of being a pharmacist when you don't even know how to be professional and knowledgeable! Grow up!

The employee who handled my transaction today, one in which I purchased a bottle of DayQuil, clearly needs some re-training. The date and time of this transaction was 04/27/2022 at 3:10pm, and the cashier #64511780, required me to show her my I.D. before purchasing the bottle. California Law states that products with the active ingredient, dextromethorphan, can only be sold to persons older than 18 years of age. Sellers are suggested to ask for I.D. for anyone appearing under the age of 25. I am 57 years old, and clearly, this cashier was just trying to either give me a hard time or exert some sort of strange power trip over a customer today. I didn't appreciate being asked to show I.D. for no purpose, and it's a bit insulting for a Rite Aid employee to be trying to "require" a man in his fifties to do anything that he need not do.

Went in last night around 7:30pm -8:30 pm to the ice scream counter.the cashier was taking a personal call and it took her a long while to even acknowledge us. Then she declined to serve us and told us to get the prepackaged stuff from the freezer which almost empty. Very rude cashier .

Been going here for a long time without a problem. Since all the new pharmacy techs, who by the way try and act like it’s their pharmacy and they control THEIR supply of medication, it’s been going downhill rapidly over the last couple months. Lack of supply, slow to contact my physician, stating when something will be ready and never a notification or it’s a day or so late, prescriptions dropped off auto-refill. I’m considering moving my business elsewhere.
