Pharmacy takes forever and have poor customer service. Text alerts for medication pickup are not accurate because when arriving to pick up your medication it's not ready.

It is really hard to shop here. I watched people stealing and just walking out the door. I am afraid to park my car here. I would be equally as terrified to have to work here! It is not a safe environment, trust me! Enter at your own risk.

Usually this rite aid is decent with filling medications and calling you when ready but the last two times (within 2 days) they have not had my medications filled HOURS later after they have been called in. They also have not called me when ready. The younger, dark haired girl working in pharmacy at pick up is not very friendly as well.

I was ready to check out I wanted ice cream but the lady said I could check out all my stuff but no bags she didn't even offer to get me one then she laughed when I tried to carry everything this is the worst rite aid I ever been to please just go somewhere else

The pharmacy tech at Rite Aid on China Grade Loop who helped transfer my husband's prescription from CVS went over and above to help get the prescriptions updated and in order. He is diabetic and his prescriptions were out. She made sure he had them in time and did not miss a dose. Thank you so very much!!! You are reason we switched. You are an asset to Rite Aid

I shop here regularly. The staff is great, and the prices are pretty good. The Walmart up the street is almost impossible to shop at. I shop here because its quick and everyone is nice. The associates at Walmart are not helpful or nice. If the line gets busy at Rite Aid they call additional checkers up to help. Walmart does not care.

Went in there after going to the gym other people were in there ,but staff continue to follow me around ,and not in the helpful way ,I noticed I was the only person of color also with a lot of tattoos..no purse or backpack..smh very uncomfortable .

If I could give this zero stars I would. I guess one will have to do. I came in to get icecream, the only good reason to go to Rite Aid, and I was met by an employee who had a really bad attitude. They were out of many of the flavors which I understand but the employee kept giving me reason to not get icecream and just told me to get a tub from the back. Miss ma'am really didn't want to scoop our icecream so I took my business elsewhere.Sincerely,A dissatisfied former customer
