The store is better than the pharmacy. Pharmacy service is slow and there's usually a wait of some kind. Store personnel are cheerful and helpful.

Called ahead of time to ask if prescriptions would be ready and they told me 1 hr I get to store after 1 hr has passed and they tell they won't be ready till 1 more hr because its alot ridiculous they should just be honest with people and not lie over the phone definitely looking for another pharmacy ?

The pharmacy here is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to I turned my scripts in around 4 I was told an hour and a half I went back at 8:00 and not one of my scripts were ready I was told to come back In an hour and a half again and they were closed very unprofessional

It's an expensive Rite Aid since there are no other stores like this on our side of town.

went in for a money order at 8:30pm. the cashier was on the phone and said she closed the register. she did not care one bit to be there and it's sad because other rite aids are actually helpful and nice. we called in advance to see if they were able to since the on we called before said they weren't able to create any but this location didn't pick up the phone and the employee was goofing off on a personal call so that's why the location couldn't be reached.

I went in to buy some tampons and use the restroom as this was a female emergency. I asked up front if I could use the restroom and they told me to ask the pharmacy. The girl in the pharmacy told me I had to go up front for the code so I told her they asked me to come here for the code. She then walked away and I had to wait another 15 minutes to use the restroom. Just a weird experience since no one was in the drive thru or at the counter.
