Shelves are empty! Are they going out of business with the other Rite Aid store?

Every time I come in here, the shelves are empty. The first time I pulled up, I thought they were getting shut down or got robbed. The cashier tells me they are having trouble getting shipments in. For how long? It has been months. Rite Aid, are you good? Because if Target and them, got the items, what is the hold up? Restock the shelves.

Store is a giant footprint with a lot of empty shelves in every department. Cannot rely on this store for any product. It’s a shame because this part of town is a grocery / healthcare / cosmetic products desert.

I called this location specifically 10 minutes before arriving to make sure their ice cream station was open and I spoke to margarita. She let me know it was open, so once I arrived it as 8:04pm. A young lady with curly hair, and glasses was at the ice cream station and told us she had just closed it. I used to work for rite aid and we weren’t supposed to close ice cream station until closing time. Very unprofessional of them! This is the second time I’ve come to this location just to find out the ice cream station was closed. Management needs to do better along with the supervisors.

I had good experience at this Rite Aid. Customer service was good and the store was clean. I recommend this centrally located Rite Aid to anyone in need of drugstore.

The store was clean, with very friendly staff, and I found what I needed. The prices are ok, but I would rather pay a little more to be in and out and not have to go to Wally world (if you know you know) and wait forever in line.

I really don’t understand all the negative reviews. I’ve been going to this rite aid for years and I’ve never had a problem. There store is usually empty, and I never have to wait for a prescription, but that means they also don’t have the best stock of products since nobody ever shops there (probably has something to do with the homeless folks around because of the bus station nextdoor and the negative reviews). The employees have always been helpful and kind and I’ve really never had any kind of complaint here and I come here at least once a month, if not more.

I walked into Rite about 3pm on Sunday the 3rd, I asked the cashier if she could open the restroom she said I'll be right there so I proceeded to towards the restroom another worker opened the door for another employer. I asked is the restroom open she said it was closed to customers they bathroom used to be open. I told the cashier in the front I thought you was coming she said no I said its closed, she never said it was closed. The other employee who claimed to be the manager was very unprofessional came to the front saying she don't know what her coworker said. The service between those 2 was unprofessional.

rite aid is the perfect store for filling or refilling you pharmaceutical perscriptionsplus they offer a variety of make up , hygiene products, children's toys and vitamins, plus they have ice cream parlor
