“I do not normally write reviews but I felt compelled to say something about Greg Ketchum. I did interview other agents but I was so impressed with his personality and his sincere interest in helping me with the sale of my mother's home, that I had no choice but to hire him. I sensed from the start that he was genuine, and not the type of person that would take my listing and forget about me, and there was not one week that went by that I did not hear from him. In fact, most of the time, I heard from him twice a week. He kept me informed about what transactions were taking place in my neighborhood, and he gave me very good suggestions on what I could do to get the house sold in a timely manner. He and his wife, Cheryl, actually brought over decorations to make improvements on the inside of our home. He also mentioned that the dining room light fixture was a bit outdated and he took the time not only to pick a new one out at a store, but installed it for me too. I cannot tell you how many trips he made over to my mother's house (and he did it good-naturedly), when he could have easily asked me to go take care of things myself. Greg also did a lot of advertising for this house as well as have several open houses. I can honestly say that if anyone is looking for a realtor with good communication skills and the qualities I listed above, Greg is the one I would recommend.”
