I asked for ambre she did bleach throughout my entire hair. Ombre is a brownish to yellowish bleach color. My hair ended up Grey! All I can say is. Deep inside I wanted to cry. Being a nice person I walked away, payed. 2 years later I'm writing this review, hoping to have someone fix my hair.
